Chef Cyndie Story was highlighted in a story on how USDA modifies products based on school nutrition customer feedback. In this example, Chef Cyndie worked with a school in Oklahoma to submit suggestions to USDA on salsa. As a result, USDA modified the recipe and improved the color and thickness of the salsa.
