Three school nutrition managers from Pamlico County Schools attended the K-12 Culinary Institute in June, facilitated by Chef Cyndie and the K-12 Culinary Team. Serita Moore, Katie Green, and James Hill participated in sessions on topics such as knife skills, work simplification, and food presentation.
